• Qualified specialist literacy teacher with over 20 years of experience working with children as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Private Tutor.

• Specialist at supporting children with Global Developmental Delay, Speech and Language difficulties as well as Autism and ADHD.

• Master’s Degree in Specific Learning Difficulties (Dyslexia and Literacy Specialist)

• Accredited Practitioner Status (APS) of the British Dyslexia Association - qualified to teach learners with Specific Learning Difficulties (Dyslexia)

• Assessment Practising Certificate (APC) with the British Dyslexia Association - qualified to assess and diagnose learners for dyslexia.

Sessions / Pricing

Providing 1:1 multi-sensory tutoring sessions tailored to suit the needs of the individual

£60.00 - Initial assessment - 60 minute informal assessment session, review pupil information and formal assessments provided by parents. Includes creation of a personalised tutoring plan.

£40.00 - 1 hour tutoring session - Includes prior session planning and email feedback to the parent/carer.

£25.00 - 30 minute tutoring session - Includes prior session planning and email feedback to the parent/carer.

• Literacy for primary and secondary aged pupils. Numeracy for primary aged pupils.

• Sessions can take place at your house, my home office or in the child’s school with permission from the school.
